You must register the product within 3 months of purchase otherwise the standard 24 month warranty applies.

- Direct delivery from supplier: If the unit has been ordered as a direct delivery from the supplier to you, we will not provide you with tracking information unless requested.
- PO box: We are unable to deliver to a P.O Box address, please ensure you provide a physical address.
